Why does music motivate us? |
Music can be a powerful force. In fact, it is sometimes banned (along with steroids and stimulant drugs) to prevent athletes from gaining an unfair advantage during competitions. Why? Because of its capacity to energize and increase endurance.

Get your rhythm tuned up and learn to play the Djembe!
Join us on at our studio for group drumming class, featuring djembe. Students will have an opportunity to learn a variety of basic skills & assorted rhythms from around the world! Classes are ongoing. You can drop in or purchase a block.
